Limited Warranty Terms

This limited warranty is available exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. If the product fails under normal use conditions, the manufacturer, at its discretion, will repair or replace the defective product or any of its components.

Any goods purchased at CPAPstore.eu are entitled to the warranties provided by the manufacturer. These warranties are subject to the Terms and Conditions outlined in their respective warranty programs. While we are happy to assist with warranty claims or repair procedures on your behalf with the manufacturer, all postage and delivery charges will be your responsibility.

Exclusions from the Limited Warranty:

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage resulting from improper use, abuse, modification, or alteration of the product.
• Repairs performed by any service provider not explicitly authorized by the manufacturer.
• Damage or contamination caused by exposure to cigarette, pipe, cigar, or other smoke.
• Damage resulting from exposure to ozone, activated oxygen, or other gases.
• Damage or contamination due to insect infestation.

Customer Obligations:

• Courier shipment must include door-to-door delivery.
• Properly secure the products when shipping them back.
